Octane Tutorial ~ Speed Up Your Renders in Maya

A quick Tutorial showing how you can speed up your renders in Maya using the Octane Render Engine ~ I am using Octane to render the scenes for my animated TV series, The Adventures of Nkoza & Nankya, and getting an average of 25 seconds to 30 Seconds on some of my key character shots like the one I am using as a case Study.

My First Creation with Krita, a Free painting Program

This is my first creation with Krita, I downloaded it and jumped in without even reading the manual or watching a tutorial. It definitely has plenty of powerful features, a wealth of brushes, and the interface is easy to work with ~ I highly recommend it, and I am adding it to my drawing and painting arsenal ~ check it out at: https://krita.org/

Automated Hazmat Team, Ebola Response

A concept of an automated hazmat team, for the Ebola response ~ I was reflecting upon the fear that has gripped my fellow Africans in West Africa, and the effects on the communities in the US and around the world ~ it seems like there is an underestimation of how contagious Ebola is and how to handle the bodies of the dead relatives.

I am truly praying for a cure for this killer disease.
