Sharing My Art, Animation, Film and Storytelling Workflow ~ I have uploaded a new video to my Youtube Channel: This is my first impressions review of the motion capture data from my Perception Neuron PRO suit, using Axis Neuron and Motion Live in iClone. This is raw and unedited data. So far I am liking the stability of the data. I did the test using a stand-in Model from my Animated TV series, The Adventures of Nkoza and Nankya. I will continue to share my thoughts and results as I work more with the Perception Neuron Pro Mocap suit.

Napoleon Full Body Motion Capture and Facial Motion Capture ~ This is a quick voice acting session I did with the dialogue of Napoleon, inspired by Napoleon: Total War Trailer, a video I saw about 8 years ago, that was created using Faceware. In this Second test, I added a full-body mocap take using a Perception Neuron Pro suit that was kindly provided by Noitom. I rendered this scene in iClone using Iray.

The results are pretty cool and very promising. This take was raw and unedited, which goes to show how much the tech has advanced compared to 8 years ago. I highly recommend the Perception Neuron Pro Mocap Suit, iClone and Motion Live, plus Live face as a solution for your short films and cinematics.

Here is my Unboxing of the Perception Neuron Pro Motion Capture Suit ~ When it came in the mail, I was super excited!! I was pleasantly surprised to find no cables connecting the Neurons and no hub ~ I am going to be using this for my short films and for the animation work for the Adventures of Nkoza and Nankya ~ Thank you so so much to Noitom for their support on this journey to realize my dream, and take the vision from a dream to reality. This suit is going to make a major difference in turning out the character animation.
